Majied has been part of raising more than $100 million in capital toward ventures covering Technology, Media, and Education. Majied was part of several successful exits in technology and education. Majied currently serves as the Managing Partner in Ajyal Capital, an Impact fund focused on the advancement of early learning in the Middle East.

Majied serves on the investment committees of Oasis Venture Fund I and Al-Faris Investment. Majied is a founder member and a board of director in the Jordan Institute of Directors. Majied served as the Managing Director for the Jordan Education Initiative; and co-founded Injaz, the leading youth development organization in Jordan.

Majied currently serves on the board of Optimiza, the first publicly traded technology-company in the Levant and the GCC Region. Working with Optimiza, Majied is actively involved in the company’s acquisitions and investments in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Emirates, and Qatar.

Majied served as Director of the Jordan Education Initiative (JEI) focusing on creating a replicable model for Education Reform and Industry Development through Public Private Partnerships. The JEI is a World Economic Forum Initiative to help Jordan. As Director of the Initiative Majied worked with the government of Jordan, the World Economic Forum, and Program Partners to enable innovative programs and business models that both; accelerate and support Education Reform.

Majied is committed to the development of the Knowledge workforce and Entrepreneurship in the Middle East. Majied, with a group of Jordanian industry leaders, founded the Information and Technology Association of Jordan (Intaj) to drive the development of the sector. Majied helped found Injaz, an NGO focused on youth development and entrepreneurship.
